Fanatic Youtuber Who Writes Wikis - Chapter 86

This anomaly – tentatively named 'Black Hole', in terms of danger level, was arguably the peak among anomalies that occurred in the past year.

The Awakened Association went so far as to summon Yoo Iseul.

And Yoo Iseul went so far as to ask Lee Jia for help.

If the range of the Black Hole had been slightly wider, it would have caused damage not just in the anomaly occurrence area but also in civilian areas.

...No.

Actually, it already caused damage in civilian areas.

The dirt and dust created by the Black Hole covered everything around.

The dirt and dust were so severe that even journalists, who would gladly risk their lives for a scoop, all fled.

After resolving the anomaly.

Yoo Iseul and Lee Jia stopped by the Awakened Association and used an item to remove impurities from their bodies, cleaning their respiratory tracts.

However.

1010In the end.

Yes.”

Ah.

Every time I exhaled, a sandstorm seemed to come out, so without the item, I would still be suffering from the dust.

Thus, this anomaly—tentatively called the Black Hole—was no small headache for the Awakened Association.

To uncover the truth of the incident, they summoned Ji-Ah and Yoo Iseul.

Since the damage had already spread to civilian areas, uncovering the truth was not an option but a necessity.

It was not an abuse of power but a natural course of action.

However.

Who was Yoo Iseul?

A decade ago, when anomalies first began to occur, she was a hero who protected humanity on the front lines alongside Jeong-Hwan.

She was also an Awakened known for her lack of manners.

She had no intention whatsoever of uncovering the truth.

After sending Ji-Ah home first, Yoo Iseul readily responded to the summons from the Truth Investigation Committee.

But responding to the summons didn’t mean she was cooperative.

“I already took care of it.”

“Miss Iseul, it’s difficult if you act like this. At least explain it properly, with a beginning, middle, and end…”

“I don’t like repeating myself. I took care of it. Whatever happened, it’s resolved, so it’s fine. If you think I’m lying, call Kim Joong-Hwan and check.”

She was stubborn.

No matter how much authority the Awakened Association’s Truth Investigation Committee held.

Dealing with Yoo Iseul, a hero who saved the nation and had the worst personality, was never easy.

Finally, the next morning.

Yoo Iseul, the main figure in resolving the anomaly.

Jeong-Hwan, the chairman of the Awakened Association.

Kim Joong-Hwan, who could discern the truth from lies and was also Ji-Ah’s handler.

The three of them faced each other.

Jeong-Hwan stroked his beard, pondering something, then spoke to Yoo Iseul.

“You must have had your reasons for saying that. I’ll handle it and smooth things over, so don’t worry too much.”

“Of course, you should do that.”

“…I wish you’d at least feel a little grateful. Do you think it’s easy being the shield against politics and the media?”

“You chose that position yourself. So, old man, handle it.”

Surprisingly, Jeong-Hwan also had no intention of uncovering the truth.

He fundamentally trusted Yoo Iseul.

And it wasn’t just simple trust—it was almost infinite trust.

A decade ago, when anomalies first occurred, they had faced life and death together on the front lines. That was the kind of relationship they had.

Kim Joong-Hwan was flustered.

He thought he had been called to the meeting to uncover the truth of the incident.

“Old man, how old is your daughter now?”

“Hey, you rude brat. What do you mean ‘your daughter’ to someone’s precious princess? She’s already in elementary school.”

“Already? Time flies. Really, when you were about to become a father and left me to deal with the anomaly, I wanted to pull out all your hair.”

“I’m sorry about that… So, what’s for lunch…”

Jeong-Hwan and Yoo Iseul were casually discussing what to have for lunch, leaving Kim Joong-Hwan no choice but to be bewildered.

Finally.

He couldn’t hold back and blurted out.

“Um… the truth investigation…”

“Ah, right, you’re here too. This is just a formality, so let’s kill some time and have lunch together.”

“Just eat whatever’s given.”

“…Yes.”

Kim Joong-Hwan thought.

Ah.

I want to watch Ayase’s broadcast.

I woke up to an unfamiliar ceiling.

Not entirely unfamiliar—it was the second time I’d seen it.

Right.

Now, this is my new home.

“Haaaam…”

I let out a long yawn, and even though I was fully awake, I had no intention of getting out of bed.

I’m so tired.

Not physically tired, but mentally exhausted.

I tried to organize yesterday’s events in my head, but it didn’t go well.

Information overload.

Too much information was forced into my brain in just one day.

Well, no matter how much I think about it, nothing will change.

After all, I’m just a puppet of the gods.

I just do what I’m told.

I fulfill my duties and pursue my own happiness in my own way.

ㄴ ㄴ But.

ㅋㅋ’ 21The broadcasting studio was set up in the basement.

Having a spacious house didn’t mean it was all advantages.

In my old house, I could sit at my computer desk right after getting out of bed, so turning on the computer wasn’t a hassle.

But now, it feels like it takes forever just to get to the computer.

Since even going down the stairs felt like a chore, I decided to finish all my daily quests while still in bed.

One of the daily quests:

Visiting the fan cafe.

Visiting the fan cafe has now become part of my daily routine.

Of course, my fan cafe wasn’t as massive as Ayase’s fan cafe.

But I can confidently say that we don’t fall short when it comes to enthusiasm.

The believers were absolutely amazing in terms of passion.

A new popular post had been uploaded to the cafe.

[Title: Has the new video from "Ezia's Chapel" dropped?]

It’s out, so I posted it, lol.

- Yaaaay!

- I’ll enjoy this meal too…!

- The editing is fire.

- Did the confession video drop? It did!!!!!!!

- But isn’t this an illegal chain? It’s fine if we enjoy it among ourselves, but isn’t it a bit much to post the video link directly in the cafe?

ㄴ That’s true, but if it were a problem, Manager Gay would’ve taken it down already.

ㄴ The fact is, even the manager is a subscriber of this channel, lol.

ㄴ I’ve seen Manager Gay in the comments a lot.

ㄴ Manager Gay-gay…

Hmm.

So, my clip channel, "Ezia’s Chapel," has dropped a new video.

There’s a fairly common yet unique culture in the VTuber fandom.

There are people who cut out the interesting parts from a VTuber’s livestream, edit them nicely, and upload them to video platforms.

These people are called clippers or kirinuki.

Most VTuber kirinuki channels are essentially illegal chains that upload videos without the VTuber’s permission.

Some kirinuki get permission from the VTuber through donations, but many don’t.

…At least this "Ezia’s Chapel" didn’t get my permission.

Despite the somewhat problematic copyright issues, the reason this "kirinuki" culture became popular is that kirinuki channels are actually very helpful to the VTuber’s streams.

Internet livestreams inherently have a barrier to entry.

Long streaming hours, the unique atmosphere of the stream’s chat, installing grid programs, etc… For someone not particularly interested in internet streaming, the process of clicking on a stream is far from easy.

However, the short clips uploaded to kirinuki channels are quite entertaining and easy to watch, even for people who don’t know much about VTubers or internet streaming.

Thus, kirinuki channels and VTubers can be seen as having a mutually beneficial relationship.

They’re incredibly helpful for viewer influx, so there’s no reason for VTubers to suppress kirinuki channels.

In fact, some companies even manage kirinuki channels at the corporate level.

Personally, I enjoy kirinuki channels quite a bit.

I usually watch Ayase’s streams from start to finish.

But it’s impossible for me to keep up with the livestreams of all the other VTubers.

For VTubers I’m slightly interested in, I usually just watch the interesting clips uploaded by kirinuki.

But.

After watching the new video uploaded to "Ezia’s Chapel,"

I’m starting to feel the urge to suppress it.

The video title was "Holy Power Pouch Bang! lol,"

And the thumbnail was a rather provocative close-up of me in a nun outfit with a hole in the chest area.

I get it.

I know that making the thumbnail and title provocative is what gets people to click on the video.

It’s just that I don’t like the fact that the protagonist of the video is me.

As for the content of the video, well.

I can’t deny it. The video was really well-made and entertaining.

The editing was on point, and it clearly understood what people liked.

Despite being uploaded just 2 hours ago, the video already had 10,000 views.

For a kirinuki channel, its scale is suspiciously large.

The reason this kirinuki channel has grown so big is undoubtedly because of:

[This Holy Power Pouch isn’t RP, it’s real.]

It must be because of the fancam clip video.

The view count of the fancam clip video has already surpassed 1 million.

Did Kirinuki the VTuber's clip video hit 1 million views?

This has become a hot topic in various communities, and it's a number that absolutely couldn't be achieved without the algorithm's favor.

Video platform, YouTube (U – tube).

I don't know why they adopted such a policy, but YouTube allows the creation of so-called 'blank accounts' without identity verification, meaning you can create an infinite number of accounts.

As a result.

The comment section of the fancam video was disastrous.

If we just lift the curtain a little bit…

[Ugh, I just want to bury my face and die]

[Look at those milk jugs]

[Wow, tits]

[Wow, they're so damn big]

[Ugh~~~ Sh*t… Do young kids really get excited watching this kind of… stuff? I can't stand seeing them stripping and acting crazy…. What a state this country is in~]

…Let's stop looking into it.

Before the channel grows even bigger, in the name of God.

It seems like some channel suppression is needed.
